Event Organization and Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your planning and execution, ensuring that every element of a TEDx event—from speaker logistics to stage setup—is handled with precision. High standards and careful attention to detail are essential to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences.

A Day in the Life of a TEDx Associate
As a TEDx Associate, your daily activities focus on bringing inspiring events to life and ensuring every detail supports TEDx’s mission. A typical day might include:

Event Planning and Coordination: Participate in meetings to organize upcoming TEDx events, handling logistics such as speaker outreach, scheduling, and coordinating with venues or partners.

Speaker Support: Connect with speakers to assist with their preparation, help refine their presentations, gather biographies, and ensure they have everything needed for a successful talk.

Promotion and Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events on social media, design engaging materials, or manage the event’s digital presence.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow TEDx team members, sharing updates, brainstorming ideas, and addressing any event-related challenges together.

Day-of-Event Execution: On event days, assist with setup, manage backstage logistics, greet speakers and attendees, and ensure everything runs smoothly on schedule.
