A Day in the Life of a StartUp Turbo Associate
A typical day as a StartUp Turbo Associate is energetic, diverse, and focused on creating the best possible experience for participants. Here’s what you might be doing:

Workshop & Event Support: Assist in setting up and running engaging workshops—greeting speakers and mentors, ensuring materials are ready, and making sure sessions start and end on time.

Participant Engagement: Connect with student teams, answer questions, and help them get the most out of the event. You’ll be a go-to resource—welcoming new participants, gathering feedback, and supporting their needs throughout the day.

Real-Time Problem Solving: Jump in to tackle unexpected challenges, adapt plans as needed, and help keep the competition running smoothly, no matter what arises.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other StartUp Turbo Associates and core organizers—sharing updates, brainstorming improvements, and helping each other deliver a seamless event.

Coordinating with Mentors & Judges: Ensure mentors, coaches, and judges have everything they need—coordinating schedules, keeping everyone informed, and making sure their experience is smooth and impactful.
