​Welcome to the E3 Initiative! We are excited that you are interested in applying for the REVER Associate position.

This organizing role is essential to bringing the very first REVER by E-Society & E3 to life. A new collaboration between E3, E-Society from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and REVER.

As a REVER Associate, you’ll be part of a creative, fast-paced team shaping an innovative business competition at REVER’s offices. You’ll help plan and deliver an engaging experience where students tackle real-world business challenges, connect with industry professionals, and explore unique networking opportunities.

Qualities and Requirements for the REVER Associate Position

 

To excel as a REVER Associate, you should bring:

  1. Enthusiasm for New Experiences: You are excited about launching new initiatives and eager to help shape an event that’s never been done before within E3.

  2. Proactive Problem-Solving: You actively look for ways to improve the event, anticipate challenges, and quickly find effective solutions, whether before or during the challenge.

  3. Dependability & Accountability: You take responsibility for your tasks and commitments, reliably supporting your team and following through to get things done.

  4. Openness & Teamwork: You work well with others, share ideas freely, listen to feedback, and contribute positively to a supportive, collaborative team environment—including with partners like E-Society and REVER.

  5. Adaptability & Resilience: You can shift gears smoothly as plans evolve, handling last-minute surprises with calm and flexibility.

  6. Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication, you keep everyone in the loop, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.

 

A Day in the Life of a REVER Associate

A typical day as a REVER Associate is dynamic, creative, and team-driven. Your day may include:

  • Team Coordination & Planning: Collaborate with fellow associates to brainstorm fresh ideas, organize meetings, and develop plans to ensure every element of the event comes together smoothly. 

  • Creative Input & Event Design: Contribute to crafting engaging challenge formats, schedule activities, and help shape the overall participant experience from start to finish.

  • Hands-On Event Preparation: Assist in preparing materials, setting up spaces at REVER’s offices, and making sure everything is ready for the competition day.

  • On-the-Fly Problem Solving: Work with your team to quickly resolve any emerging issues—adapting plans as needed and keeping the event energy high.

  • Building Community: Support a welcoming and supportive environment, helping participants feel engaged, informed, and excited about the challenge.
