Highly Dedicated and Exceptionally Organized:
We are looking for individuals who are truly committed to their role and demonstrate a high level of dedication and organization. You should excel at planning, prioritizing, and managing your daily tasks effectively. We’d love to know more about your routines and how you stay organized and productive. -
Creativity and Canva Expertise:
You are both creative and detail-oriented—skilled at developing engaging and visually appealing content for our audience. This includes designing with Canva and producing eye-catching graphics, as well as having an eye for telling stories through photography and video. -
Knowledge and Experience in Photography, Videography, and Editing:
A strong foundation in capturing dynamic content is a must. You should be comfortable using a camera, understanding lighting and composition, and using basic photo and video editing software for color correction, cropping, and ensuring our content is polished and professional. -
Active on Social Media & Content Creation Tools:
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn is valued. If you have examples of creative or impactful content (TikToks, Reels, etc.), please share them! Canva proficiency and a portfolio of design work are highly encouraged. -

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate, your days are dynamic and creative, combining strategic planning with content creation to showcase E3’s vibrant community. Here’s what a typical day might include:

Content Strategy & Planning: Participate in team meetings to align on marketing goals, discuss strategy, and brainstorm campaign ideas. You’ll help shape the messaging that communicates E3’s identity and upcoming activities.

Visual Content Creation & Event Coverage: Capture engaging photos and videos at E3 events, making sure to document key moments, participants, and the unique energy of our community. You may also develop eye-catching graphics and content on Canva for social media, event pages, and stories.

Editing and Organizing: Edit and organize your photo and video content to fit E3’s guidelines and brand style. Ensure all assets are ready for use and uploaded promptly to shared drives so the whole team can access and share them.

Social Media Management & Analytics: Schedule, post, and monitor content across our platforms—analyzing engagement and adjusting strategies to maximize impact and audience reach.

Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to source information, gather stories, and create promotional materials. You’ll regularly communicate and exchange feedback to ensure everything is aligned and of the highest quality.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation: Stay curious and proactive—whether learning new design tools, trying out a creative campaign, or evaluating what content resonates best with our audience.
