AI Developer

Fabrício Carraro is an AI Developer Advocate at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, a speaker, polyglot, and AI author. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from UNICAMP and a postgraduate degree in Data & Machine Learning from FIAP. Fabrício is the host of the podcast "IA Sob Controle", focused on Artificial Intelligence, which is ranked as the #1 most listened-to podcast in Brazil in the “Technology” category, according to Spotify and Apple Podcasts. He is also a published author in Brazil, of the book "Inteligência Artificial e ChatGPT". He is a member of the Google AI Builders community, a LinkedIn Top Voice in Artificial Intelligence, and has been recognized by Favikon as one of the 200 most influential people in the world in AI on the platform. Language learning is one of his hobbies, and currently, he can communicate in 15 languages at varying levels: Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Polish, French, German, Greek, Turkish, Croatian, Romanian, Hebrew, Dutch, and Catalan.

Digital Lawyer

Laura Morató is a lawyer specializing in data protection, technology, and intellectual property at Marimón Abogados in Barcelona. With extensive experience advising both national and international companies, she focuses on privacy, cybersecurity, AI regulation, and the ethical challenges of emerging technologies. She holds a Law degree from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and the Universitat d’Andorra, and completed a Master’s in Legal Practice and a Master’s in Digital Law at ESADE. David Pereira is a Telecommunications Engineer from the University of Vigo and holds a PDD from IESE Business School. As Global Head of Data & AI at SEIDOR, he drives the value of data and artificial intelligence across all markets where SEIDOR operates. In addition, he is an associate professor at digital business schools such as ISDI, where he teaches courses on Digital and Data-Driven Transformation as well as Artificial Intelligence. Alongside his professional career, David is a founding member of the editorial board of Springer's AI & Ethics journal and a member of the Advisory Board of the Catalonia Observatory on Ethics in Artificial Intelligence (OEIAC).

His work combines legal expertise with strategic vision, helping organizations harness innovation while navigating the ethical and regulatory complexities of the AI-powered future.

Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Dila Şen is a Senior Regulatory Specialist at Compliance & Risks, where she has led global regulatory requirements projects for five years, advising clients on compliance with AI regulations. A sworn translator and qualified lawyer in Türkiye since 2012, she brings over a decade of legal and industry experience across law firms and corporate sectors. She holds an LL.B. from Yeditepe University, a B.A. in Communication from Istanbul University, and a European Master in Law and Economics from Bologna, Ghent, and Haifa Universities. Deeply engaged in AI governance, she served as AI Policy Research Group Member, Team Leader, Teaching Fellow, and now AI Policy Group Member at the Center for AI and Digital Policy. Dila is also a Course Facilitator for the Center for AI Safety’s AI Safety, Ethics, and Society course and the Global Ambassador for Türkiye at the Global Council for Responsible AI.
